Grilled or Baked Chicken


This is one of the most simple staple food we cook in our homes for me this is as simple as it gets I'm not into a lot of fancy cooking but time to time i do get in the mood to plate up .. you will see in the coming post .. I can say I grew as a home cook as everyone who loves watching cooking channels and how they make it look so pretty. so for my first post I would to share the post simple meal.

Baked Chicken with Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 
  • Dry mix herbs (your choice )
  • Minced garlic 
  • Basil Leafs 
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Oil (your choice of oil ) 
The same for the potatoes without the Basil leaf

How to prepare


  • Pre heat the oven for 10 mins on 180c 
  • Marinate the chicken with dry herbs , minced garlic , basil , salt and pepper for 1 to 2 hours. 
  • Use the same method for the potatoes.
  • Place the chicken on to tray covered with silver foil spread oil on to it and then place the chicken and potatoes and baked for 30 to 40 mins at 180c
If u want to use this in a salad also it works.
