Chicken Spaghetti in white sauce



Who doesn't love spaghetti! I made this awhile back but I keep trying new dishes this spaghetti with chicken and white sauce. It has all the goodness of cheese basil mushrooms cheery tomatoes mix herbs. I honestly don't use a lot of fancy ingredients I use whatever is there in my house I don't go out of my way to go special cheese or special herbs I make do with whatever is there so its really easy to make this without worrying what you have and don't.

Chicken Spaghetti in white sauce 

Ingredients 
  • Chicken boneless or with bone (as much as you like)
  • Spaghetti 
  • Mushrooms 
  • Basil 
  • Cheery tomatoes
  • Garlic  
  • Bell pepper (if you have them at home)
  • Milk 
  • Butter 
  • Flour (Maida)
  • Dry herds (of your choice)
  • Salt & Pepper 

How to prepare 

  • Add butter , milk and flour together making a white sauce base add garlic , salt and pepper and mix well together.
  • Add cubes of chicken to the sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Stir fry your vegetable separately  mushrooms , cheery tomatoes , bell peppers with garlic and basil.
  • Add your stir fry vegetables to your sauce and chicken and mix it all together. 
  • Add the dry herbs to the sauce.
  • Boil the spaghetti with oil and salt.
  • Once the spaghetti is done cooking add to the sauce. keep the stained water of spaghetti and add in the the mix if needed if you want.
  • Cook for another 10 mins.
  • Sever with fresh basil on top.
